Return & Refund Policy – Hania’s

At Hania’s, we aim to provide high-quality, stylish, and value-driven fashion. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility (Time Frame)

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

  • The return request must be initiated within this 7-day window; after this period, returns will not be accepted.


2. Eligible Reasons for Return

A return or exchange will only be accepted if any one of the following conditions is met:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered

    • You received a different dress or product than what you ordered.

  2. Product Mismatch with Website Description

    • The received product is significantly different from the product images shown on the website.

  3. Defective Product

    • The item has manufacturing defects, damage, or stitching issues.

  4. Incorrect Fabric

    • The fabric received is different from what is clearly mentioned on the website.


3. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Customer does not like the product after receiving it

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Customer expectation of quality not matching personal preference

  • Issues related to “style not suiting me” or “changed mind after purchase”

We clearly ensure that our quality is the best within our price range, and all product details, images, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.


4. General Return Conditions (Important)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Product must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

  • Items on sale or discount offers (if applicable) may be non-returnable unless defective


5. Return Process

  • Customer must contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with order details and issue proof (images/videos).

  • Once approved, the item will be collected or customer will be guided to send it back.

  • After inspection, refund or exchange will be processed.


6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refund method will be the same as the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


7. Shipping Charges

  • In case of wrong, defective, or incorrect item delivery, return shipping cost will be covered by us.

  • In other approved return cases (if any), return shipping may be borne by the customer.


8. Exchange Option

Where possible, customers may opt for an exchange instead of refund, subject to stock availability.
